Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel within your assigned territory to engage with independent agencies and cultivate strong relationships.

• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.

• Deliver training and support to agency partners, assisting them in understanding our products, services, and value proposition.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving territory growth.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to shape your strategy.

• Represent AssuranceAmerica at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our presence and influence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and surpass goals.

• Willingness to travel extensively within your designated territory.

• A preference for a tactical, B2B, in-person sales role.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a high emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to make independent decisions.

• Capable of skillfully gathering and analyzing data to engage with accounts and associates at all levels of the organization.
