This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to inspire and inform them about Vivo's extensive services and the benefits for patients.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
• Remain updated on market developments.
• Collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams to gather market intelligence.
• Work alongside local pharmaceutical sales representatives to formulate strategies.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to address the concerns of providers and patients.
• Evaluate providers' infusion requirements and promote Vivo's patient-centered services and processes.
• Clarify clinic intake procedures, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-effective care.
• Utilize Pharma Rep contact sheets to enhance territory relationships.
• Record daily calls and keep regional notes updated in Trella Health CRM.
• Seek sales opportunities with an emphasis on enhancing patient outcomes and care.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Represent Vivo in alignment with its guiding principles, mission, and values.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales is required.
• A valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be highly motivated with a proven track record of managing a sales territory and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors are essential.
• Outstanding customer service, learning agility, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn or experience with CRM software is necessary.
• Experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus.
• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Capability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US.
