This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain a deep understanding of our customers, industry, and the connection to our products.
• Travel within an assigned region to secure business with both new and existing clients.
• Engage in networking events, attend trade shows, and foster long-term relationships with key contacts.
• Generate new leads independently and follow up on incoming leads.
• Take charge of the sales process, including introductory presentations, product demonstrations, proposal creation, follow-up presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, ultimately closing deals to onboard new customers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are effectively met.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations.
• Ensure brand visibility within the assigned territory aligns with company expectations.
• Monitor sales objectives and report outcomes as necessary in the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university, along with 5 years of sales experience; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience selling in industrial, construction, crane and rigging, utility, heavy equipment, manufacturing, energy, or similar B2B markets.
• Demonstrated success in sales performance, encompassing lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients at various organizational levels.
• Previous experience in an Outside Sales or Field Sales position.
• Familiarity with SalesForce CRM is advantageous.
