This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute detailed sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue goals for the designated region.
• Oversee and expand a varied portfolio of key accounts, ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects to strategically broaden our client base and increase market share.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and support staff, to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Carry out regular market assessments and competitive analysis to guide data-informed sales strategies and pinpoint emerging opportunities.
• Assess the performance and capabilities of distributors to ensure an optimal balance of product line sales.
• Prepare and present engaging, professional presentations to both prospective and current customers.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of all sales activities, account interactions, and customer details.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows across the region.
• High School Diploma.
• Over 5 years of progressive sales experience.
• More than 3 years of experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Mini-Split applications.
• HVAC sales background with a proven track record in account management and revenue generation.
• Must be willing to travel at least 60% within the assigned region.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
