Staff Product Manager – Strategic Partnerships

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop the launch strategy for each new partnership, including messaging, activation plans, launch milestones, and success metrics.

β€’ Collaborate with marketing and brand partners on co-branded campaigns, member communications, and channel activation.

β€’ Establish and monitor launch KPIs; conduct post-launch reviews to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

β€’ Create partnership launch playbooks to ensure each new partner goes live more smoothly and quickly than the previous one.

β€’ Act as CookUnity's primary product contact for external partners, providing support for both successful and problematic scenarios.

β€’ Facilitate regular partner interactions, including product reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and quarterly business reviews.

β€’ Manage partner expectations, escalations, and change requests through clear communication and consistent follow-through.

β€’ Represent CookUnity at partner on-site meetings, industry events, and executive gatherings.

β€’ Oversee the product roadmap for all partner-facing interfaces, including co-branded landing pages, benefit redemption processes, member eligibility verification, partner onboarding, and referral attribution.

β€’ Collaborate closely with internal CookUnity PMs who manage those interfaces to prioritize partnership initiatives within their engineering team's workload.

β€’ Design seamless, high-converting experiences for customers accessing CookUnity through health and wellness brand partners.

β€’ Conduct A/B testing on partner-specific acquisition and activation flows to enhance conversion rates, time to first meal, and early retention.

β€’ Lead the product strategy for CookUnity's partner integration platform, including APIs, SSO, referral and attribution systems, and data exchange processes.

β€’ Convert partnership agreements and commercial commitments into clear product requirements and technical specifications.

β€’ Collaborate with engineering and external partner tech teams to deploy clean, scalable integrations with defined SLAs and ownership.

β€’ Develop integration playbooks and scalable frameworks to streamline the onboarding process for subsequent partners.

β€’ Establish the measurement framework for partnership channel performance, including partner-sourced acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV.

β€’ Identify opportunities to transform integrations from one-time technical connections into ongoing growth and retention mechanisms.

β€’ Relay partner insights back into CookUnity's core product roadmap; if health and wellness members exhibit different behaviors, that knowledge should influence our development.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 7 years of product management experience, particularly with partner integrations, platform products, or marketplace settings.

β€’ Demonstrated experience managing external partner relationships as the primary point of contact, adept at managing expectations, conducting business reviews, and resolving escalations.

β€’ Proven go-to-market capabilities: experience launching partnerships or products and owning the strategy from commercial agreement to live activation.

β€’ Skill in translating external partnership or business development agreements into product requirements that result in shipped products.

β€’ Strong analytical skills β€” comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and utilizing data for prioritization.

β€’ Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: able to align engineering, design, operations, and external partners towards common goals without direct authority.

β€’ Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and provide structure to early-stage, fast-paced partnership models.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with both external stakeholders and internal leadership.

β€’ Proficiency in leveraging generative AI to enhance output quality and efficiency.
