This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage a portfolio of established enterprise accounts.
• Propel revenue growth through expansion and renewals.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and sessions focused on value realization.
• Discover growth opportunities that align with customer objectives.
• Oversee renewals, pricing modifications, and contract expansions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Track account health and reduce churn risk.
• Keep precise forecasts for expansions and renewals.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the customer.
• Ensure adherence to security and company protocols.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or expansion sales within the SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue from existing accounts.
• Strong skills in relationship management and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional professional communication skills in English.
• Data-oriented and focused on execution.
• Capability to manage intricate enterprise relationships.
• Ideally located in Medellín, Colombia.
• 100% remote work (contractor).
