This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take ownership of the complete Costco business for the ü Snacks portfolio.
• Enhance trial and awareness through a diverse promotional strategy.
• Establish the Go-To-Market strategy for the launch with BJ’s.
• Oversee high-performing broker teams.
• Become a vital strategic partner by leveraging insight-driven leadership.
• Minimum of 4 years of CPG sales experience, including at least 2 years working directly with Costco buyer teams.
• Established buyer relationships are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Costco's comprehensive program toolkit: science binders, TPDs, fence events, MVMs, Costco Connection, CDS demo partnerships, and .com merchandising.
• Knowledge of Club channel economics.
• Experience in managing a broker team.
• Proven history of launching new products and driving sell-through on limited-time offers (LTOs).
• Skilled in creating models, dashboards, and buyer presentations.
• Proficient in GM%, CM2, cost-per-unit, margin calculations, and syndicated data.
