This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of revenue, margin, and share-of-wallet objectives for designated accounts
• Develop long-term growth strategies and implement quarterly action plans
• Maintain an active pipeline in the CRM; assess opportunities and drive trial initiatives
• Create proposals, lead negotiations, and oversee pricing execution
• Provide precise forecasts and work in collaboration with the supply chain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and address challenges
• Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor actions, and customer strategies
• Experience in B2B within specialty chemicals or related technical sectors
• Proficient in consultative selling techniques
• Capability to convey complex product features as customer advantages
• Data-oriented with proficiency in tools such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce/MS Dynamics) and Excel
• Understanding of specialty chemicals and customer-related processes
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales dynamics
