This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The Territory Manager will oversee the sales of XPEL products (including automotive, architectural, marine, etc.) within their designated territory.
• Propel sales in the assigned area, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving or surpassing growth targets.
• This position entails active selling, requiring the individual to be "in the field" 100% of the time with both current and prospective customers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and fostering robust, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Track and assess customer product usage, recognizing opportunities to introduce new products and optimize revenue.
• Build and nurture business relationships, delivering regular management summary reports as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels such as email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and face-to-face meetings.
• Perform individual market analysis to create and execute customer acquisition and conquest strategies.
• Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team to facilitate efficient client onboarding and integration.
• Collaborate closely with the install operations manager to ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations.
• Actively pursue new growth opportunities through outbound efforts and the creation of strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments by participating in internal educational training, reading professional literature, and maintaining personal networks.
• An associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience with a proven sales track record.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and well-organized.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in people relations, negotiation, and sales.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• A current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Prioritize appropriate judgment, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
