This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Increase sales revenue and profitability in the Central Texas markets.
• Meet sales targets by effectively promoting and conveying the company's solutions and related services.
• Generate demand by educating Distributors and Contractors on the advantages of Westlake Pipe & Fittings' solutions.
• Deliver professional presentations or demonstrations of the company's products and services.
• Establish, develop, and nurture business relationships with Distributors and their Contractors.
• Maintain ongoing awareness of industry products and services.
• Actively manage travel schedules to cover the designated territory.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Address customer complaints by identifying issues and facilitating solutions.
• Collaborate closely with distribution to forecast monthly sales volume.
• Analyze the potential of the territory/market and assess the value of current and prospective customers.
• Must be currently residing in San Antonio or Austin, TX.
• 3-5+ years of sales experience required.
• Ability to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or a related field.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-focused individual.
• Strong skills in presentation, organization, and time management.
• Proven track record of exceeding corporate goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong technical skills and aptitude; capable of presenting technical concepts with practical demonstrations to customers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
