This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the territory that aligns with brand goals and meets the needs of customers, accounts, and treatment centers within the designated area.

• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals in hematology/oncology, key accounts, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate disease state education, product readiness, and patient access to tirabrutinib.

• Effectively communicate the clinical profile of tirabrutinib, present pivotal trial results clearly and convincingly, and address both clinical and non-clinical barriers in a significant manner with those involved in hematology patient care.

• Build, sustain, and leverage in-depth clinical and business knowledge pertaining to PCNSL, the treatment landscape, competitive dynamics, customer segment requirements, local market access, and the overall marketplace.

• Identify opportunities and obstacles to patient access within the territory, synthesize market insights, and utilize these insights to guide territory execution and cross-functional collaboration.

• Create action plans for accounts and prescribers with specific objectives, employ data and analytics to evaluate trends and progress, and modify plans as necessary to respond to changing market conditions and business dynamics.

• Collaborate effectively with internal partners such as Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and other field-based colleagues to support coordinated execution, launch readiness, and ensure a seamless experience for both providers and patients.

• Provide field feedback and contribute to the creation of resources, tools, and processes that enhance launch execution, field effectiveness, and customer engagement.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of the patient journey, treatment landscape, access and reimbursement issues, and distribution dynamics relevant to the assigned territory.

• Utilize CRM and other available tools to facilitate effective territory planning, customer engagement, and the execution of business priorities.

• Carry out all activities in a compliant, ethical, and patient-centric manner that aligns with company values and policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including at least 5 years of direct sales experience in malignant hematology.

• Experience in rare diseases and/or oral oncolytic markets is highly preferred.

• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and convey complex clinical information and pivotal data clearly, credibly, and impactfully to a variety of oncology stakeholders.

• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with key customers, treatment centers, and account stakeholders in complex specialty markets.

• Strong understanding of the sales process, including patient identification, clinical conviction, access and reimbursement considerations, and distribution dynamics.

• Solid business acumen with the capacity to leverage data, analytics, and market insights to guide account planning and territory execution.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with partners such as Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Training to achieve business goals and enhance field effectiveness.

• Launch experience in specialty, oncology, hematology, or other intricate markets is preferred.

• Demonstrated capacity to analyze business needs, apply market insights, and execute effectively in complex or competitive environments.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence without authority.

• Ability to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic launch environment.

• Must consistently uphold high ethical standards and maintain a strong commitment to compliance.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory as necessary.
