This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Establishing and nurturing strategic post-sales relationships with assigned Enablon accounts.
β’ Offering counsel and expertise as the Enablon subject matter expert.
β’ Acting as a primary technical resource for Enterprise Account Managers.
β’ Cultivating essential relationships within an account to broaden client contact points.
β’ Collaborating with customer support and product management as an advocate for customers.
β’ Functioning as the initial line of defense for the account to address and mitigate issues.
β’ Leading efforts to coordinate between clients and internal teams.
β’ Continuously evaluating customer satisfaction and executing enhancements.
β’ Required experience in the EHS industry.
β’ Strong capability in fostering and sustaining deep client relationships.
β’ Competence in conducting thorough data analysis.
β’ Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations.
β’ Ability to facilitate collaboration among various teams.
β’ In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and practices.
β’ Expertise in addressing and resolving complex client challenges.
