This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• The Territory Manager will be instrumental in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• This role involves educating healthcare providers (HCPs) about Mineralys’ product, establishing trusted relationships with customers, promoting product adoption, and meeting territory sales performance objectives.
• This position is highly visible and demands exceptional selling skills, customer engagement abilities, and a dedication to enhancing outcomes for patients suffering from uncontrolled hypertension.
• The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, entrepreneurial biotech setting and is excited by the prospect of launching a groundbreaking new class of medicine.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is preferred, though other relevant sales experience will be considered.
• Experience in specialty sales, particularly in the cardiometabolic area, is preferred.
• Previous experience in product launches is advantageous.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical understanding and the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment.
• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the territory are required.
