This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assist Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers in the management and enhancement of banking client relationships.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, prospects, internal stakeholders, and external business partners to ensure a superior level of service and responsiveness.
• Aid in the onboarding of clients, account maintenance, documentation collection, and ongoing relationship management support.
• Help identify client requirements and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to coordinate suitable banking solutions, products, and services.
• Support business development initiatives, including the preparation for client meetings, follow-ups with prospects, relationship evaluations, and pipeline monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal banking teams, operations, New Accounts, Client Services, and other departments to address client requests and resolve service issues.
• Keep precise records of client relationships, account details, contact information, and activity notes in relevant systems.
• Oversee client accounts and relationship activities to ensure adherence to established company policies, procedures, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols.
• Create reports, account summaries, client presentation materials, and other documentation to facilitate relationship management and business development pursuits.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, encompassing client relations, banking, financial services, business development support, or relationship management assistance.
• Experience in banking, treasury management, commercial banking, private banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with banking products and services, including deposit accounts, treasury management services, client onboarding, account maintenance, and client service operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong sense of accountability, organization, follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently while also effectively contributing to a team environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience working with business professionals and commercial banking clients.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and client relationship management systems.
