This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of key technology and platform partnerships.
• Create and implement joint go-to-market strategies with established KPIs (0 to 1 in wins, ARR, pipeline, integrations, adoption).
• Pursue expansion opportunities through co-marketing events, co-selling initiatives, and collaborative GTM efforts.
• Generate sourced and influenced pipeline through partner relationships.
• Provide Sales teams with partner positioning, playbooks, and introductions.
• Collaborate with partners on co-selling opportunities and enterprise-level deals.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on integration roadmaps and technical alignment.
• Coordinate co-marketing activities with the Marketing team (launches, webinars, hackathons, case studies, events).
• Facilitate partner enablement through training, documentation, and ongoing engagement.
• Cultivate strong relationships at all levels within the partner organization (from Product/Engineering to Sales to executives).
• Monitor and report on partner performance metrics (ARR, usage, activation, pipeline) while ensuring accurate forecasting and partnership health dashboards.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform strategy within a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and contemporary data/infrastructure stacks.
• Proven experience in launching integrations and scaling them post-launch.
• Experience managing partners through the entire lifecycle: sourcing, technical alignment, negotiation, launch, and growth.
• Commercially savvy and comfortable with deal structures, revenue models, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Excellent communicator capable of aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Highly organized individual who can develop programs from the ground up and iterate rapidly.
• Data-driven, outcome-focused, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations within a fast-paced, open-source-first startup environment.
