This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage relationships with dealers and other clients by delivering training, technical support, and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales within the designated territory.
• Provide constructive feedback to the product team regarding field issues and customer needs.
• Conduct professional presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, classes, and presentations at trade shows.
• Execute field testing and troubleshooting on all new or improved company products, delivering direct feedback to Customer Service and Product Development.
• Collaborate with dealers to expand the customer base in the territory and ensure their staff is equipped to support and sell our products.
• Address customer service inquiries, resolve questions, and assist with general troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and manage customer loaner equipment.
• Language proficiency: Polish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Company vehicle operation is required, and a clean driving record is essential.
• Ability to sell value, negotiate effectively, and analyze customer requirements.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work to address the needs of all resellers, contractors/drillers, and other customers in the territory.
• Demonstrates strong working knowledge of technical equipment operations and the potential to become an expert in advanced HDD locating techniques, theories, and applications.
• Excellent presentation skills to effectively train audiences of varying sizes, showcasing an engaging style to facilitate learning.
• Possesses strong communication skills to convey technical and market information effectively to diverse audiences, including drillers, senior leaders, and everyone in between.
• Exhibits strong critical thinking abilities, including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and sound judgment/decision-making.
• Inquisitive about troubleshooting DCI equipment and its usage to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Shows effective collaboration and innovation with the field team and across all other company functions.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of work experience and education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or outside/field sales.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience and knowledge in the trenchless technology industry is required.
• Upholds stringent business ethics and manages proprietary product information effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the territory up to 50-60%.
• Capable of fulfilling physical requirements associated with working on construction sites.
• Proficient in using a customer database or ERP system.
