This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Drive and enhance sales within the OR Business Unit across both existing and prospective accounts.
• Ensure that the sales targets for the designated territory are achieved.
• Address and fulfill customer requirements effectively.
• Conduct sales visits to surgeons, operating room management, and nursing and administration personnel.
• Articulate the advantages of utilizing CooperSurgical products.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Regional Manager in a thorough and timely manner.
• Strategize and implement sales initiatives to accomplish business objectives within the territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 1-3 years of confirmed and verifiable sales experience, ideally in a hospital/OR setting.
• Proven track record of increasing sales in previous roles.
• Positive and satisfactory feedback from professional and personal references.
• The candidate must maintain medical documentation and a favorable health profile to meet customer requirements within their territory.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
