This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• The main objective of this role is to foster and increase sales within the OR Business Unit, targeting both existing and prospective accounts to ensure that sales targets for the designated territory are achieved and customer requirements are fulfilled.
• The individual will be responsible for making sales presentations to surgeons across various specialties, as well as to operating room management, nursing staff, and administrative personnel.
• This role entails effectively communicating the numerous advantages of utilizing CooperSurgical products in surgical practices and operating rooms to these professionals.
• The individual is expected to prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to their Regional Manager in a timely manner.
• Planning and executing a sales strategy to meet the defined sales and business objectives within their assigned territory is a crucial aspect of this position.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• 1-3 years of proven and verifiable sales experience is preferred, ideally in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales in prior roles is essential.
• Positive and satisfactory references from both business and personal contacts are necessary.
• The individual must also maintain medical documentation and a solid health profile to meet customer requirements in their territory.
