Territory Manager, Grocery Retail — Cologne/Bonn Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire new clients in the grocery retail (LEH) industry within the Cologne/Bonn area

• Develop and sustain customer relationships

• Enhance product distribution

• Achieve sales objectives and report on performance

• Organize and execute events and product tastings

• Gather customer feedback on products and communicate it internally

• Ensure proper brand placements on the shop floor and provide marketing opportunities at the point of sale (POS)

• Conduct placement checks at the POS

• Independently plan your weekly schedule and routes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience

• Valid driving license (Class B/equivalent)

• Strong enthusiasm for food

• A network within the grocery retail sector in the region and/or experience in purchasing, store, or department management is highly advantageous

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently, with a structured and efficient approach
