This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan aimed at a broad geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and cultivate a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.

• Successfully engage with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other medical professionals across various subspecialties.

• Key interaction points include: Physician’s office, Hospital Pharmacy, Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit, etc.

• Possess a thorough understanding and the ability to convey clear messages in intricate clinical scenarios.

• Comfortable with periodic field travel alongside internal personnel, including Management, Marketing, and others.

• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies, seizing opportunities with the highest return on investment.

• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.

• Oversee and monitor territory-specific information using a CRM system.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for the territory/role, including air travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in B2B sales.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage key account relationships effectively.

• Proven track record of sales growth while managing your own territory.

• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to comprehend complex clinical information.

• Capable of articulating intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time situations.

• Exceptional organization and time management capabilities.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient presentation skills, including the ability to present to teams and groups.

• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement abilities.

• Familiarity with using a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).

• Independent yet capable of functioning within a team environment.

• Strong leadership qualities.

• Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
