This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for overseeing the designated territory through the development of effective strategic plans.
• Leverage Globus Medical’s resources and proactively implement actions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Achieve or surpass all sales targets and objectives established within the assigned territory.
• Acquire product knowledge through structured sales training, surgeon speaker programs, participation in surgeries or visits, and industry research.
• Conduct oneself in accordance with the company quality policy while safeguarding confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Regularly engage with the Area Director to discuss the status of the Business Plan.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
• Manage travel expenses in alignment with budget constraints.
• Build and nurture relationships with key spine surgeon clients.
• Comply with the company Code of Conduct and ensure adherence to relevant governmental laws, rules, and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the operating room is preferred (either as a hospital employee or external partner).
• Background in hospital education or sales is favored.
• Strong affinity for the hospital setting and familiarity with medical devices.
• Excellent technical skills with a profound understanding of human anatomy and basic medical procedures.
• Enjoyment in consulting and coaching, with a strong focus on service orientation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills accompanied by advanced critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of independence, reliability, and proactive working style.
• Strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed, which may include overnight stays and/or weekends.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
