Territory Manager – Field Sales, Regions North/East/South/West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate an assigned sales territory in the field.

• Deliver in-person consulting services to clients from corporate enterprises, mid-market (SMEs), and the public sector.

• Partner with the designated inside sales team to create a dedicated territory team, sharing responsibility for your region.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from customer development and appointment/offer coordination to the systematic handling of sales opportunities.

• Receive support from the Tender Response team for tendering, quotation, and procurement-related processes.

• Provide guidance to a range of stakeholders, including executive management, IT, HR, marketing, facilities, school leadership, and administration.

• Gather requirements and develop suitable solution concepts.

• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and documentation of visits.

• Enhance existing customer relationships while identifying new and additional sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales, particularly with technically complex or consultative solutions.

• Comfortable engaging with B2B clients and/or the public sector.

• Ideally, possess knowledge in AV media technology, Digital Signage, UC (Unified Communications), or related fields.

• Demonstrates a structured, independent, and reliable working style.

• Proficient in CRM usage with strong sales organization skills.

• Preferred: Experience with tenders, procurement processes, or funding/grant programs.

• Possession of a driver's license class B and fluency in business German.
