This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Achieve performance metrics, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop a pre-call strategy utilizing SMART objectives and conduct post-call assessments to enhance performance continuously.
• Skillfully address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to ensure logical and reasonable calls to action for successful call closures.
• Actively strive to meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges to foster trust and create mutually beneficial agreements between AbbVie and its clients.
• Formulate and implement a call plan that meets established call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers to enhance access and opportunities.
• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, market landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, clinical insights, and expertise, sharing this intelligence with the in-field team, brand team, and management to ensure alignment, anticipate changes, and optimize brand strategy execution.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition to assigned health providers and identify, develop, and cultivate disease state experts and advocates to maximize brand performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) certification.
• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in a specialty therapy area, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Proven hands-on knowledge and understanding of healthcare professionals and disease area requirements.
• Strong grasp of market challenges and opportunities.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
• Saudi national.
