Territory Manager, Eye Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Achieves and surpasses corporate sales goals at the territory level.

• Establishes and nurtures robust working relationships with targeted ECP accounts.

• Effectively enhances territory performance while complying with regulatory and compliance standards.

• Collaborates effectively with all internal stakeholders.

• Manages and leverages approved resources efficiently to optimize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales is preferred.

• Must reside within the designated geography of responsibility or within a reasonable driving distance.

• A valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are necessary.

• Experience in eye care is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, relevant CRM systems, and similar databases is required.

• Fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English is mandatory.
