Territory Manager, Eye Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Achieves and surpasses corporate sales goals within the designated territory.

• Cultivates and sustains robust working relationships with targeted Eye Care Professional (ECP) accounts.

• Effectively utilizes knowledge of disease states, market dynamics, and industry trends.

• Communicates approved, educational, and patient-focused messages to target ECP accounts.

• Meets business objectives on both a quarterly and annual basis.

• Collaborates effectively with all internal partners to ensure a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales is required.

• A valid Driver’s License along with an acceptable driving record.

• Willingness to travel is necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, relevant CRM systems, and similar databases.

• Competent in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English.
