This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Propel product adoption by delivering clinical expertise primarily centered on the Gastrointestinal (GI) tract and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) anatomy.
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and physicians within your designated territory.
• Educate physicians and clinical teams on the utilization of GI products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the extended sales force by consistently sharing insights and best practices.
• Offer solution-oriented strategies to enhance product adoption and drive sales growth.
• Effectively launch new devices developed or acquired by the organization in the designated territory.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations and provide education in accounts through individual and group engagements to enhance customer understanding and proficiency in the GI product lineup.
• Maintain administrative duties in Salesforce.com and complete all online training within assigned deadlines, demonstrating proficiency.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6+ years' experience, or an Associate’s Degree with at least 4+ years' experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2+ years' experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Preferably, experience in Medical Device Sales.
• Proven experience in business planning and forecasting.
• Completed formal sales skills training, ideally from a Fortune 500 company.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in medical device/equipment sales.
• Background in selling to physicians in procedural settings.
• Degree with a focus in Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
• Capability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all functional partners.
