This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Conduct sales visits to uncover new business opportunities.
• Articulate product advantages and provide support to Key Opinion Leaders.
• Complete all necessary product and clinical training and be capable of instructing medical personnel.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM system and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Implement a sales strategy to achieve territory objectives.
• Participate in conferences and trade exhibitions as needed.
• Timely submission of expenses and administrative documentation.
• Frequent travel required, including occasional overnight and international trips.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Familiarity with the medical device sector and operating rooms.
• Understanding of gynecology and women's healthcare is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the region's varied healthcare systems.
• Awareness of public tenders and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
• Strong foundational business skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to spark interest and motivate clients through product training.
• Effective planning for territory management.
• Exceptional organizational skills are a must.
• Customer-centric approach and stakeholder engagement.
• Enthusiasm for customer development and acquiring new accounts.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English (both written and spoken).
