This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Achieving sales targets
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and seeking new business opportunities
• Conducting regular visits to doctors, pharmacies, and medical supply stores within the assigned region
• Working with and supporting R(x) and OTC products such as TENA, Leukoplast, and JOBST
• Presenting and selling products and services in accordance with our company's standards
• Participating in conferences and seminars
• Collaborating with the marketing department, conducting market mapping, and ensuring the implementation of marketing activities
• Recording visits and activities using a CRM system
• Engaging in ongoing education in the field of incontinence, product knowledge, and sales skills
• Analyzing sales data, assessing competition, and co-developing business plans for the assigned region
• Minimum secondary education
• At least 2 years of sales experience (preferred sectors: medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG)
• Active and independent approach to solving work tasks
• Customer-oriented mindset (communication skills, ability to build long-term client and professional relationships)
• Flexibility, positive attitude, and teamwork
• High level of responsibility and loyalty
• Professional and representative demeanor
• Proficiency in PC usage
• Valid driver's license category B
