This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture relationships with retail partners in line with regional sales strategies.
• Set sales performance expectations with retail accounts and provide essential technical skills and information.
• Work collaboratively with retail accounts to effectively convey and deliver the value proposition of crop protection products and services to fulfill customer requirements.
• Create retail account strategies to achieve financial objectives for the territory.
• Inform retailers and key stakeholders about the agronomic advantages of our products and services.
• Proactively collect and relay market trends, retail account requirements, and product gaps, enabling the commercial team to enhance or adjust product offerings and marketing initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the customer by relaying retail feedback to the commercial team.
• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, particularly in areas such as Ag Science, Biology, Agronomy, or Business/Economics.
• A minimum of two to five (2-5) years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
• Prior sales experience and familiarity with the crop protection industry are advantageous.
• Must be able to pass a driving record background check.
• Note that equivalent amounts of relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for the above qualifications.
