• Oversee and expand existing target accounts, identify new opportunities, and secure new business.
• Build rapport and foster IMPACTFUL relationships with all key decision-makers within each target customer, including Project Managers, System Designers, Facilities staff, Hospital Laboratory Staff, and Supply Chain Staff. Comprehend their needs and applications to customize solutions.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of project funnels at each customer; including project timelines, specified products, and how our solutions can assist in addressing their challenges.
• Manage customer information, respond to inquiries, handle leads, and resolve any customer issues promptly while maintaining an organized and accurate CRM database for all assigned customers and company leads.
• Travel to customer sites as necessary to stimulate growth; conduct product demonstrations and training, and provide service and pricing information.
• Travel throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, primarily focusing on the UK, with visits to the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Stay updated on relevant industry trends and competitive activities.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the building automation, environmental monitoring, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Foundational understanding of HVAC mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical aptitude; ability to interpret schematics, understand the basics of BAS integration, and ensure IT compliance for WiFi-based sensors.
• Prior experience with Salesforce is required.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and JDE is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, though not mandatory.
