• Drive end-user demand for Master Lock products, software, and services within your assigned territory by employing a consultative sales methodology.
• Cultivate robust relationships with end users and distribution partners through collaborative sales visits.
• Meet sales objectives and enhance market share across all commercial distribution channels.
• Facilitate sales meetings and product training sessions for customers and distribution partners.
• Observe and report on operating conditions, market dynamics, competitive activity, and end-user perceptions; provide insights to management in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record sales activities, forecasts, leads, and customer interactions within CRM software.
• Participate in national and regional conventions, trade shows, and dealer association events to aid in business development efforts.
• Oversee territory budget, which includes travel and entertainment, office supplies, and administrative expenditures.
• Identify and penetrate end-user facilities to market the entire product range, including safety products, software, services, security hardware, and locker locks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in field sales.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Demonstrated success in commercial/industrial sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and a positive attitude towards technological tools.
• Preferred: Experience in security, safety lockout (LOTO), and electrical arc flash safety sales.
