This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the hospital sector, including the specific needs and business challenges faced by our current and potential clients.
• Gain a solid grasp of the functionality and business applications of ZOLL’s product range.
• Collaborate with marketing and the sales trainer to establish a thorough awareness of ZOLL’s competitors and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their product lines.
• Actively and diligently develop the assigned sales territory, exclusively representing ZOLL's products and services.
• Participate in trade shows and other marketing and networking events to generate leads.
• Accurately forecast sales activities and expected deal closures, ensuring adherence to established activity metrics.
• Accountable for achieving quota in the designated territory.
• Document all outcomes of prospecting, sales, and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quotas in the medical device industry is required.
• A valid state driver’s license is required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a large geographic territory.
• Expertise in discussing software and hardware products and services with proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support in-person prospecting, product demonstrations, face-to-face meetings, and relationship building.
• Proven track record of success while working from a remote office; must reside within the territory.
