This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The Territory Manager will oversee the overall sales of designated XPEL products (automotive, architectural, marine, etc.) within their assigned territory.
• Propel sales efforts in the designated area, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving or surpassing growth targets.
• This position is primarily a sales role that necessitates being "in the field" 100% of the time with both current and prospective clients.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Observe and analyze customer product usage to pinpoint opportunities for introducing new products and maximizing revenue.
• Cultivate and manage business relationships, delivering regular management summary reports when required.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels such as email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and face-to-face meetings.
• Perform individual market analysis to develop and execute customer acquisition and conquest strategies.
• Follow up on sales leads, partnering with the Sales Administration team for seamless client onboarding and integration.
• Collaborate closely with the install operations manager to ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations.
• Actively pursue new growth opportunities by proactively engaging in outbound efforts and creating strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments by participating in internal training programs, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field/equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and well-organized.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in people management, negotiation, and sales.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reside within the assigned territory.
• Prioritize making sound judgments, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring safety, and being time-sensitive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
