• Take ownership and expand sales within the territory for Trek, Electra Bicycles, and Bontrager Accessories
• Establish sales goals and oversee forecasting, ordering, prospecting, and pipeline activities
• Assess dealer performance and implement strategies to enhance sell-through, assortment, and profitability
• Act as a business consultant for retailers, providing insights on merchandising, inventory, staffing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Appoint, develop, and support retail partners to optimize Trek’s market presence
• Cultivate long-lasting, trust-based relationships through regular face-to-face visits
• Provide product knowledge and sales training to retailer teams
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for product presentation and in-store customer experience
• Identify, seek out, and onboard new retail partners to broaden market reach and enhance distribution
• Keep track of competitive activities and local market developments
• Represent Trek at retailer events, demonstrations, and market activations
• Deliver outstanding customer service while consistently embodying the Trek brand
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative, relationship-focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and conduct sales discussions with assurance
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation abilities
• Well-organized, self-driven, and proficient in follow-up and territory planning
• Preferred experience in the cycling industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Bonus: Knowledge of Ascend POS
