⢠Schedule and conduct sales calls and/or visits.
⢠Identify key decision-makers at current and prospective clients and foster a working relationship.
⢠Create a market strategy for the territory with measurable goals and objectives.
⢠Facilitate training sessions on products and services for both clients and business unit staff.
⢠Adhere to transaction pricing that diverges from the business unit's pricing and report significant occurrences and trends to management.
⢠Convey customer product and quality expectations to inside sales and operations teams.
⢠Estimate customer product usage and assess business unit participation.
⢠Offer recommendations regarding current and potential advertising strategies.
⢠Consistently maintain and update the customer database.
⢠Perform daily downloads, reviews, and follow-ups on quotes.
⢠2 - 5 years of outside sales experience.
⢠Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
⢠Expertise in Microsoft Office Professional Plus.
⢠Strong product knowledge.
⢠Safety-conscious mindset.
⢠Experience in plastics is a plus.
