This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Responsible for meeting and aiming to surpass the Sales Target for the designated healthcare Territory.
• Engaging in sales and offering clinical education to current MedSurg customers on the advantages of MedSurg’s products to stimulate and increase revenue.
• Discovering new accounts/customers and expanding product usage within the Vascular Access and Securement Range.
• Ensuring that the implementation of sales and clinical strategies is in accordance with commercial directives.
• Performing responsibilities independently while receiving periodic supervision and support.
• Striving for sales outcomes at or exceeding 100% of the Target.
• Building strategic business relationships within targeted health networks and private/not-for-profit (NFP) groups.
• Executing the business plan and strategy for each targeted health network/group through effective collaboration.
• Leveraging sales data to maximize identified opportunities.
• Accurately scheduling the opportunity pipeline to align with revenue realization.
• Preparing individual sales plans and account plans in Salesforce (CRM).
• Monthly updating of sales year-to-date data.
• Providing updated weekly/monthly/quarterly plans to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Collaborating with the State team and RSM to develop and revise the State sales plan.
• Identifying opportunities through gap analysis utilizing the monthly sales report in conjunction with the RSM within MedSurg.
• Selling the complete range of MedSurg products defined within the IVSM Pillar to the identified customer base relevant to medical care settings in metropolitan areas and all care settings in regional areas.
• Cultivating a deep understanding of the solutions provided by Solventum MedSurg Division and their application in clinical environments.
• Partnering with Marketing to foster relationships and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Conducting professional and impactful business reviews to assist customers in understanding current trends.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: Medical Qualification/Nursing or Business background.
• Specific Skills Required: Selling Skills, Influencing/Negotiation Skills, Territory/Account Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel analysis, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong listening capabilities.
• Natural leadership qualities regardless of reporting structure.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Confident demeanor with both internal teams and external customers.
• Problem-solving skills and innovative resourcefulness to meet customer needs.
• A medical background is advantageous.
