This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities
• Act as the primary technical resource for both distributors and end users
• Engage with SKF Authorized Distributors, Channel Partners, and End Users
• Cultivate, enhance, and maintain customer relationships
• Suggest improvements in materials or machinery
• Offer robust technical support to distributor and end-user accounts
• Proactively document sales opportunities within the C4C-based sales funnel
• Establish and maintain technical contacts to create opportunities
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Utilize the Sales Excellence process in the development of offers
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within the industry
• Strong commercial insight and technical/mechanical aptitude
• Broad industry knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate technical details
• Capability to address technical inquiries using published information catalogs for bearings, seals, and maintenance products
• Familiarity with lubrication methods and practices
• Understanding of bearing failures and their causes; providing hands-on failure analysis and recommendations
• Strong situational awareness; skilled at managing complex organizations and scenarios
• Ability to inspect bearings and determine whether to scrap, reuse, or rework
• Proficient in sales plan development and execution, funnel management, and customer follow-up (both external and internal)
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and sales planning abilities
