This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Achieve consistent, sustainable profit growth on a year-over-year basis within the designated portfolio.
• Proactively engage daily with SKF Authorized Distributors, Channel Partners, and end users.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Suggest enhancements in materials or machinery, highlighting advantages such as reduced costs or increased production efficiency.
• Offer robust technical support to distributor and end-user accounts.
• Ensure the acquisition of growth and retention orders while guaranteeing timely deliveries.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Strong commercial and technical/mechanical understanding.
• General knowledge of the industry with a solid ability to convey technical details.
• Willingness to seek out new opportunities and drive business expansion.
• Capability to respond to technical inquiries using published information catalogs for bearings, seals, and maintenance products.
• Proficient in developing and executing sales plans, managing funnels, prospecting, and diligent customer follow-up.
• Strong technical insight and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to diagnose application issues and communicate complex problems to Application Engineers when necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of distributor management practices.
