This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Optimize the sales of all SIGVARIS products within the designated geographical territory.

• Identify key healthcare professionals, customers, hospitals, IDNs, Medical Centers, and VAs.

• Stay informed about all competitors and their product offerings.

• Create and implement a structured travel itinerary and zone plan.

• Effectively engage with key decision-makers.

• Utilize available virtual communication methods with customers and colleagues proficiently.

• Log comprehensive call activities into sales application tools.

• Analyze sales reports to identify trends within the territory.

• Conduct searches to uncover new customers (dealers and physicians).

• Keep updated on compression reimbursements related to state and regional insurance plans.

• Monitor the competition by collecting current market data on pricing, products, new offerings, merchandising techniques, etc.

• Address customer complaints to benefit both the company and the customer by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

• Actively engage in medical conventions and/or trade shows as required.

• Prepare and submit a weekly Planning and Activities report to the Regional Sales Manager.

• Maximize cost efficiency and demonstrate fiscal responsibility to keep expenses within budget.

• Exhibit effective presentation and platform skills.

• Promote positive morale among staff by fostering open communication across all departments to create and sustain an innovative and collaborative work environment.

• Interact with both external and internal customers promptly to maintain positive relationships.

• Exhibit patience, courtesy, and tact; show flexibility, enthusiasm, and readiness to cooperate while working with others or filling in for colleagues as needed.

• Utilize effective communication methods.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• At least two years of experience as a field sales representative, ideally with pharmacies, doctors, and retail establishments.

• B2B experience is strongly preferred.

• Must own a vehicle that complies with the Auto Allowance policy standards; must be willing to travel overnight 20% to 40% of the time based on territory size.

• Ability to lift and manage a rolling detail bag and set up displays at selected customer locations is necessary.
