This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• The Territory Manager position is accountable for the comprehensive commercial implementation and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy within the designated territory: Managing the sales area.
• Supervise clinician training initiatives, sales strategies, and market development plans.
• Spearhead the discovery of business opportunities, ensuring effective use and penetration of Evoke™ systems to meet revenue targets.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
• Propel the overall growth strategy, execute go-to-market plans, and deliver core messaging.
• Aid in the collection and sharing of competitive intelligence; perform real-world market research to gather design insights, market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to assist Saluda in refining marketing messages and product development strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, including at least 3 years in medical device sales is required.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of prior experience in programmable implantable device sales.
• At least 3 years of prior experience with devices in the operating room and strong interaction with patients during follow-up.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips.
• You will approach the business with agility, intensity, and a patient-centric focus to elevate the standard of care in the neuromodulation segment.
• You will establish the territory strategy and collaborate with regionally focused colleagues in clinical education and field engineering to enhance patient and clinical experiences in this category.
• You'll join a dynamic team of individuals who have been meticulously chosen to help us improve patient lives.
• You will play a crucial role on the rapidly growing US team responsible for delivering the most advanced SCS platform to those patients who need it most.
