This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Accountable for managing assigned sales territory and achieving designated sales revenue objectives.
• Lead the discovery and assessment of potential business opportunities.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Ensure successful sales of Evoke systems to meet or surpass sales forecasts and objectives.
• Assist in surgeries and implants by offering troubleshooting and technical support.
• Provide technical assistance with reprogramming and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Expand the business by acquiring new customers.
• Acquire the ability to independently program patients and represent the complete chronic pain product line in procedural cases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers in the territory.
• Train and inform customers on the proper usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Identify competitive products and features in comparison to the company’s offerings.
• Deliver exceptional service with a focus on patient outcomes.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, or equivalent years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the field of implantable medical devices.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license along with an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Experience in operating room sales is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis, are preferred.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary (MS Office/Excel) along with experience in sales force automation tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Demonstrates high levels of empathy and compassion toward patients.
• Proven success in previous sales roles, indicating a strong level of sales performance.
• Capable of planning, organizing, and prioritizing personal daily work routine to fulfill regional requirements.
