• Actively seeking and making cold calls to acquire new customers.
• Overseeing current accounts.
• Offering a variety of multi-channel solutions.
• Identifying and expanding sales opportunities with new clients.
• Assisting existing clients by fostering personal and professional relationships.
• Enhancing the assigned territory by maintaining the Playbook and regularly utilizing the CRM (Salesforce) tool.
• Comprehending the unique needs of clients.
• Providing value through tailored solutions presented during meetings.
• Collaborating with internal teams to negotiate and finalize deals.
• Participating in 4 to 6 auction sales, each lasting 1 to 2 days within the designated region.
• Traveling overnight approximately 5 to 7 days each month.
• 2 to 10 years of experience in a structured outside/field sales position, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing quotas.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Preferred experience in the Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment.
• Experience in quota-driven sales is essential (industry-specific knowledge is highly desirable).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to establish and nurture genuine customer relationships.
