This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Consistently achieve or surpass assigned renewal and expansion targets to propel revenue growth.
• Formulate strategic retention and growth plans in collaboration with your Customer Success Manager.
• Confidently lead renewals, ensuring clients feel valued, supported, and enthusiastic about renewing for another year (or more).
• Generate a pipeline through dedicated weekly outbound activities, taking ownership of upsell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating how Mongoose can address additional client challenges.
• Cultivate strong relationships through targeted outreach and Mongoose Quarterly Reviews (MQRs).
• Work alongside Marketing and Leadership to identify potential risks and develop innovative solutions to challenges or closing opportunities.
• Represent Mongoose at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Demonstrated success in managing a renewal and/or expansion quota within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• You have shown the capability to build robust pipelines, achieve high conversion rates, and effectively drive renewals while expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• You possess the skill to sell without coming across as overly aggressive, presenting solutions in a manner that feels natural, helpful, and genuinely appealing.
• You have a natural talent for connecting with individuals and establishing trust, ensuring clients feel understood and supported.
• Your outstanding communication skills ensure that even complex concepts are easily comprehensible and actionable.
• You proactively identify potential problems, preparing solutions before they become apparent to others.
• As a strategic thinker, you constantly seek ways to enhance processes and achieve better outcomes.
• You leverage data as a strategic asset—utilizing insights to identify opportunities, tackle challenges, and inform your strategies.
• You excel at converting data into actionable insights that empower clients to make informed business decisions, and you have experience with CRM systems (bonus points for expertise in HubSpot!).
• You thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to drive outstanding results.
