This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve revenue targets for service sales and all designated product lines
• Onboard and educate both new and existing accounts
• Oversee all facets of the assigned territory while meeting or surpassing performance objectives
• Provide daily updates regarding sales activities, competitive landscape, and business opportunities
• Maintain CRM records accurately and submit necessary documentation promptly
• Submit monthly expense reports and manage expenditures within the approved budget
• Work in collaboration with Product Managers to cultivate new business and enhance existing accounts
• Possess a thorough understanding of all company product lines
• Communicate effectively with Customer Experience and internal teams concerning customer requirements
• Complete documentation for issue resolution in line with company policies
• Report to management as instructed, offering insights on performance and territory evaluations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related area OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• A minimum of 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred (Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical is advantageous)
• At least 4+ years of overall sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities
