This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop and expand the Arizona territory while providing insights and market data to facilitate the achievement of overall business objectives.
• Meet specific sales and service delivery targets aligned with Regional, Zone, and National goals.
• Report directly to the Senior Regional Sales Manager.
• Attain annual sales objectives for growth and primary sales goals while managing costs, receivables, and expenses within set targets.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of end customer needs along with the PPG business strategy and the challenges faced in the region.
• Oversee the sales of paint systems and sundry products from PPG Refinish brands.
• Manage distributor relationships, focusing on sales, personnel development, training, and receivables.
• Assist in enhancing profitability, reducing cycle times, providing product training, and utilizing analytics.
• Aim to establish and nurture relationships with major dealers, Regional MSOs, and independent collision center operations.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to develop the market comprehensively and maximize potential.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or comparable work experience.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in increasing sales with demonstrated skills in consultative selling.
• Previous experience in Automotive Refinish or a similar field.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory; overnight travel is anticipated to be 25%.
