📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales, North America to design and implement a sales strategy and plan that aligns with company directives.

• Identify and tackle potential obstacles to the effective integration and adoption of designated products while also recognizing prospective new clients and opportunities.

• Oversee sales and customer support within a specific territory.

• Execute and implement launch strategies created by the Sales and Marketing team by providing product introductions and in-services for clients.

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the territory to pinpoint key target accounts.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Monitor competitors by collecting information and sharing insights with the marketing team.

• Establish daily relationships with multiple customers within an account and keep them updated on supply and inventory.

• Address customer complaints by investigating issues and making recommendations to management.

• Support market development initiatives to expand the patient base eligible for our treatment.

• Assist the Director of Marketing and VP of Clinical Engagement in delivering educational programs for physicians and healthcare professionals involved in the use of metra to enhance adoption rates.

• Demonstrate a high level of clinical knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the liver transplant disease space, clinical studies, and medical device products.

• Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships by recognizing their needs through professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills, which often involve virtual and large in-person presentations.

• Collaborate effectively with Clinical Specialists, marketing, medical, leadership, and the overall matrix team to fulfill customer requirements.

• Engage in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and its products.

• Prioritize and manage a vast geographic territory that requires frequent air travel and overnight stays.

• Comply with the letter and spirit of OrganOx’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a medically related discipline.

• At least five years of sales experience in the medical device or transplant sector, with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing targets.

• A minimum of five years of sales experience related to comprehensive hospital account management.

• An entrepreneurial mindset that exhibits a high degree of resourcefulness, creativity, and personal credibility is essential for identifying obstacles to product utilization and implementing effective solutions.

• Outstanding presentation skills in both virtual settings and in front of live audiences.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, along with active listening skills to identify unmet needs.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment where daily responsibilities and locations vary.

• In-depth knowledge of the medical device market, ideally with experience in organ transplantation.

• Proven capability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

• A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
