This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel product utilization within Nova Scotia's automotive dealership network.
• Identify, onboard, and cultivate dealer partnerships that yield sustainable outcomes.
• Provide direct reports on territory performance metrics.
• Over 1 year of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development.
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate effective training sessions for varied audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management to guarantee efficient tracking and implementation of sales strategies.
• Dependable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Previous experience selling F&I products, extended warranties, or embedded insurance solutions (Bonus Points).
• Established connections within Ontario’s automotive dealership community (Bonus Points).
• Experience in supporting dealer onboarding and co-op marketing initiatives (Bonus Points).
• Background in training dealership personnel across F&I and service departments (Bonus Points).
• Knowledge of provincial regulatory requirements impacting dealership operations (Bonus Points).
• Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already obtained (Bonus Points).
