Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for formulating and executing strategies aimed at generating leads and enhancing referral business.

• Establishes and nurtures relationships with referral partners.

• Engages in contract negotiations, monitors and assesses sales data to uncover growth opportunities.

• Collaborates with various departments to ensure efficient referral processes and contribute to overall sales and revenue objectives.

• Works alongside management to expand new activation revenues within the assigned territory.

• Identifies the requirements and preferences of accounts and documents them in the CRM system.

• Handles incoming phone inquiries by responding to requests and providing assistance.

• Addresses issues by clarifying problems, conducting research, and implementing effective solutions.

• Gathers and evaluates statistics relevant to the company's business development initiatives and offers recommendations.

• Collaborates with marketing, sales, and technology teams to integrate business development strategies into targeted initiatives.

• Engages in discussions regarding customer needs, issues, or complaints.

• Observes competitor activities within accounts and applies strategies to ensure account retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

• Alternatively, a combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as necessary.

• Self-driven with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
