This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Play a vital role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• Responsible for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) about Mineralys’ product.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers, promote product adoption, and meet territory sales performance objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales goals.
• Foster product adoption and ensure compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and make adjustments as necessary.
• Consistently meet sales targets, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Ensure accurate reporting of territory activities and maintain CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans by converting data and insights into impactful, customer-centric actions.
• Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new ideas, embracing innovative methods for customer engagement.
• Utilize strong business acumen to evaluate market dynamics and use insights for effective territory planning.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision-makers.
• Clearly and compliantly convey clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification.
• Deliver engaging, high-quality product presentations and confidently address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with customers to overcome barriers to patient access and facilitate product pull-through.
• Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand customer needs and enhance the overall customer and patient experience in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate closely with adjacent field partners including Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, and Regional Business Directors to support customer needs and territory goals.
• Share insights, learnings, and best practices with field leadership and internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Training, Field Operations, and Analytics).
• Provide timely market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive updates.
• Assist in regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs.
• Operate with the utmost integrity and in full compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
• Consistently reflect Mineralys’ values of collaboration, integrity, quality, trust, and urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience is preferred, though other relevant sales experience will be considered.
• Specialty sales experience, particularly in cardiometabolic, is preferred.
• Previous launch experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen with the ability to articulate complex scientific information.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
