📋 Description

• Create detailed account strategies that cater to client requirements and align with their strategic objectives, ensuring continuous satisfaction and loyalty.

• Serve as the main advocate for clients within the agency, ensuring their objectives are prioritized during strategic conversations and decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with pod leadership to provide timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' objectives and tasks, conducting weekly one-on-one meetings to offer ongoing support, and ensuring compliance with scorecard responsibilities.

• Apply a profound understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic insights and impactful solutions.

• Foster innovative thinking within the team, encouraging the creation of cutting-edge solutions that drive client success and may lead to awards.

• Empower clients with the knowledge and confidence to discuss strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise.

• Maintain and utilize extensive knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices within the client’s business and the broader industry to enhance client strategies and recommendations.

• Utilize strong expertise across various digital channels (Commerce, SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to develop strategic plans, clearly linking channel recommendations to the client’s business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Client Delivery roles with a demonstrated history of executing successful campaigns.

• Management experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in various digital platforms and their interrelationships.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics.

• Knowledge of Amazon Ad Console.

• Experience with Project Management tools.

• Proficient in research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint.

• Proven success in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to guide marketing decisions.

• Advanced computer skills, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with both external and internal teams.
